About Siouxland Podiatry Associates
Siouxland Podiatry was started in 1999 with the partnership of Dr. Ed Wiltgen and Dr. Greg McCarthy. The practice has steadily grown into three physicians with main offices in Sioux City and LeMars, along with multiple outreach clinics around the Siouxland area. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of foot and ankle care to our patients. Our facility is a stand-alone building with drive up parking; located in the casual grounds of the Plaza Professional Center on Hamilton Boulevard and we also have a main office in Le Mars at the Floyd Valley Hospital.

Dr. Greg J. McCarthy
D.P.M.
McCarthy is a native of Sioux City and has been in private practice in Sioux City since 1995. Dr. McCarthy is a Briar Cliff graduate and graduated valedictorian from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University and served a two-year residency in Des Moines. He is Board Certified and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and a member of the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society. Dr. McCarthy is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and American Society of Podiatric Surgeons.
Dr. Marty J. Kelley
D.P.M.
Dr. Kelley grew up in Minnesota and has been in private practice in Sioux City since 2003. Dr. Kelley is a graduate of the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University and completed a two-year residency in Pontiac, Michigan. He is trained and experienced in all areas of podiatric medicine. Dr. Kelley has a special interest in wound care. He is a member of the American and Iowa Podiatric Medical Associations and the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Kelley sees patients at our Sioux City office and in Denison, IA.
Dr. Sara M. Oelke
D.P.M.
Dr. Oelke is a native of South Dakota and she joined the practice in 2008. She began her undergraduate education at Black Hills State University and graduated from Des Moines University, College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She completed a three-year surgical residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and former president of the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Her main office is in LeMars.
Fees & Insurance
We make every effort to contain the cost of your podiatric care. Prompt payment at the time of service is appreciated. We participate with most major insurers, including Medicare, and submit those medical claims on your behalf. You will be responsible for any deductible, co-insurance or balance not paid by your insurance company.
